Every year more and more clubs, activities centres and training schools offer simple ways to get on the water.

And if you are thinking about buying a boat the company selling it normally offer a free trial first – just ask them. You may need to register your details and, for more expensive purchases, show you really can buy but most retailers and brokers are very happy to make sure you are getting the right boat for you.
