…All of them experienced incredible adventure and great
challenges. But you don’t have to be a famous name to enjoy your
own adventure and challenge on the water. Our waters are open to
everyone!
It’s up to you what shape your challenge takes so here are
some ideas:
- Paddle from London to Oxford on the River Thames
- Master a power boat
- Join up for a round the world race such as the Clipper Round
the World race
- Just get up on that windsurfer
- Explore the quiet back waters of a river or canal and discover
wildlife you didn’t know was there
- Climb the mast of a Tall Ship
- Race around the Isle of Wight with thousands of others during
the annual Round the Island Race
- Navigate the canals of Britain
- Compete in your first dinghy sailing race at your local
club
- Set a new speed record
- Or if really want to set your sights high aim for that Gold
